As an avid traveler, writer and photographer, it is my conviction that time and money spent on a holiday is an investment toward indelible memories and wider perspectives. This is what I would like my stories and pictures to convey: to leave the reader with a yearning to be where I have been, do as I have done. And, grow richer in the experience that only travel and exploration can bring.
My forte is driving holidays. The explorative freedom and flexibility that come with a self drive trip cannot be bettered. But, I do not restrain myself to that genre. Writing about history trails, food and drink, street markets, entertainment and lifestyle, personal encounters and adventure sports can be just as interesting and rewarding.
The wonder of the wander shows no signs of regress, after a hundred thousand miles and more than a few hundred gigs of image capture. The unrestrained urge to tramp around the planet and write first-hand accounts that interest, tempt and encourage make travel writing and photography a passion, and now a deeply fulfilling profession.
